Li’s paper, “Modulating alternative splicing of MECP2 is a potential therapeutic strategy for Rett syndrome,” has been published in Science Translational Medicine. In this study, we leveraged MECP2 alternative splicing to enhance its function as a potential therapeutic strategy for Rett syndrome. Check it out here!
